Versimilitude, in literature, is how fully the characters and actions in a work of fiction conform to our sense of reality. To say that a work has a high degree of verisimilitude means that the work is very realistic and believable – that it is "true to life."

Ogie-Wan Kenobi
my childhood fantasy. becoming a jedi.. lightsaber effects done in ae cs3.
Asteeg! Hahaha!!! But where's the sound? Poch, It's not the lightaber without the sound! And while you are at it some suggestions:
a) The sink in the background where I can see what seem to be your kikay effects (can I say that here?) is so not astig.
b) Lose the brown flasher jacket. Medyo creepy especially if paired with post 28 Days Later nuke mask. Get a black sweater and shades. Parang Jedi with a Matrix twist.
c) Music and sound effects! Can you do that sa after-effects? Did you just add on the light?
wala pang sound. still have to look for lightsaber sound fx.
as for a) since this was an impromptu video, i had no time to remove the garbage matte the "personal" effects.
as for b) the creepy grand theft auto jacket was the only piece of wearable clothing available. and the nuke mask was supposedly meant to be vader-ish. hehe
c) will try the soundfx next time. humming just won't make the saber sound sinister. yes, you can do that in aftereffects. the whole lightsaber was just animated. i was wielding a walking stick.
